Shipping policy

We know a quick delivery is very important to you and we work hard to achieve that!

Due to the enormous interest in MySleepie, we have a lot of orders to process.
That’s why we are shipping globally from our central warehouse at the moment.

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

All orders that are placed have a processing time of 1-3 business days before they are shipped. In peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your item has been shipped. In this email, you will be provided a tracking number that will let you keep track of where your order is at all times. You can easily track your order at all times from the Track Your Order page.

Once your package has been shipped – it will take 7-15 business days on average for your package to be delivered to you. In some rare occasions it may take up to 21 business days. International orders may take up to 21+ business days to be delivered.
