Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product and a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the defective/damaged product. We will gladly send out a replacement order.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping policy. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. Our risk-free return guarantee timeframe is 30 days from when you placed your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept returns for refunds after the 30-Day timeframe. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the product will not be refunded.
